IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

1. Age requirement - in order to place an order on this site you must be 18 years old or older.

2. Collection only - your order must be collected from Sparsholt Village Shop during our opening hours (9am - 1pm Monday to Friday or 9am - 12 noon on Saturday). If this is not convenient please contact the Shop to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

3. Payment and collection - full payment is due on placing your order. Proof of purchase will be required on collection.

4. Amendments - amendments are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

5. Non-collection - if you fail to collect your order within three days of submitting it your fee will be lost. We cannot hold uncollected orders beyond that time.

6. Unforeseen circumstances - if events beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling your order (e.g. supplier issues, damage to the shop or staff illness) we reserve the right to cancel. In this case any sum collected will be refunded.
